He coordinates the professional staging and photography and is hands-on during these processes. Rich’s vast knowledge of their market allows him to appropriately assist Amanda with pricing. His keen memory of inventory give him an advantage when uncovering hidden gems and the perfect properties for their clients. Rich’s attention to detail and passion for the artistic aspect of Real Estate equip him to effectively market their properties. Rich also manages the advertising for their team.

Working as the Listings Coordinator, Stephanie works to ensure the listing process is efficiently implemented in order to deliver the Anhorn’s high standard of customer service. Stephanie is in regular contact with the sellers, keeping them informed on what to expect while their home is on the market, overseeing the daily activities on their property and coordinating the closing process.

As the team’s Buyers Specialist, Stephanie is focused on the client’s interests. Stephanie’s priority is to educate buyers about the current market activity, assist in writing an offer and executing the contract through the escrow process. Stephanie then guides the Buyers through the inspection process, financing period and finally coordinates the closing with the lender and title company.
